All RYR employees who are aiming for right hand seat would completely agree but, unfortunately, not the company. And as far as I know, even ex-employees are not very welcomed to the pilot's position. There are some exceptions, but it's not because of great sales or exceptional results in studies.
So, for those who are planning to join RYR on pilot's position, I highly recommend not to join the company as a cabin crew member - it's like a shame mark in the CV
