Long time to command? Four and a half years is still commonplace. That is pretty short by any standard for a wide body company with seniority lists.
4.5 was some time ago. Currently running around 5.5-6. People joined a year ago were told 7. Add to that no major expansion planned, most of the new delivery are replacements.
