We all live in a world of rules and regulations, however,

1) We know and sometimes stretch the bounds of the rules on pprune.

2) There was an AOPA sponsored thread by Woomera on Pprune prior to the election that was uncensored.

3) Post election there is a censored AOPA forum and Pprune forum.

4) A self confessed AOPA director is a Pprune and AOPA forum (s) moderator.

5) AOPA members, as in shareholders of these censored forums are disadvantaged by villification, name calling, multiple personality attacks on their persons and;

6) Are at odds with the AOPA directors "Code of conduct" promulgated prior to the lasrt election:

ie:

Para 2: (e); Conflict of interest.

"Directors must declare any specific or ongoing conflict of interest and must not allow personal or associated interests to conflict with the company's interests."

To the peons with a vested interest in keeping the censorship thread going with inane attempts at discrediting myself, Bob Murphie or others;

Please note:

As shareholders in AOPA we have a right to ask questions.

As shareholders we do not expect to be censored by our own organisation.

As individuals in General Aviation in Australia (and NZ as of today), we have the right to ask simple questions like;

Why is Pprune sponsoring a Pro encumbant AOPA and discouraging (is that a harsh word), opposition and encouraging via the moderator, threats of litagation by people and their cronies who as another Directors Code of Conduct mandate stipulates;

2 (d): A Director must not make improper use of his or her position to gain directly or indirectly, an advantage for himself or any other person or to cause detriment to the association.

One would assume that if you were are Barrister for instance and used your obviuous qualifications to issue a $55 cheap writ against someone unqualified or impecunious to defend same, you would be breaking this simple charter, as would someone who used his position as a media manipulator to sway public opinion and win an election by villification and lies.

Yes lies, ask Messrs "antechinas" about the accounting proceedures that proved to be a "Grimm fairy tale" of misinformation.

To those who suggest one axiom is bent and twisted, you are right.

When you put up a forum perporting to represent General Aviation in Australia, all facets of communication should be listened to and not ridiculed.

BTW for the other uninformed, we have a forum, we paid for it.

What have you paid Danny????

Does Pprune sponsor AOPA or does AOPA sponsor PPrune.

Shoot now, because I', going down the paddock to talk to someone sensible, probably a kangaroo.
