A new section of the CASRs detailing the procedure for adding glass beads to engines?

...or a 5-year transition period in which all operators must publish a Glass Bead Management System, including Glass Bead-in-engine awareness training, Glass Bead Management officers, Glass Bead reporting officers, and a Glass Bead review Officer.

All new Glass Bead management personnel must have 10 years industry experience in the Glass Bead management arena in an aviation context, or a Master's degree in Aviaiton management with a major in Crochet and a responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

Failure to inplement a Glass Bead Management System is an offence of strict liability. Penalty: 500 penalty units.
