The 11:55 amendment to the F215 08:00 to 17:00 sig weather chart forecast isolated Severe Icing in the South-East so that was probably what caused the diversions.
It looks like just Flybe flights have been affected so presumably some issue with the Dash 8 specifically as other types (Jet and Turboprop) seem to have operated successfully?
