Qantas do not have to announce more firm 787 orders until March/April 2018!! If they don't, they will lose a few orders...must be made firm by this date!! If QANTAS are doing that, only ordering at last moment when deadline to act comes up, it just demonstrates QANTAS' problem - they have a reactive management, rather than a proactive one.
