I suppose the last question is once you have got that engine back can you get it out of TOGA. I would guess not.
IIRC A.FLOOR was disengaged in a conventional way, then with slats out (or command of) came back to idle again. Probably depends on SIM standard and ours on the night was not the latest by far.
