The new private company won't be getting access to:
1. Actual playback of Malaysian ATC SSR
2. Malaysian PSR report containing position/altitude at 10 second intervals up to 1822:12
3. Fuel Burn and Endurance Report
4. Vietnamese ATC transcript of conversation with MH88
5. The FOs phone connection report with Penang and Banda Aceh
6. Flaperon Analysis
7. Multiple Indonesian Military PSR reports
8. Serial number and service history of the topped up crew oxygen bottles, etc.
