Perhaps the ownership thing is a technicality.
In my part of the world the person operating the aircraft for more than 28 days has to be the registered owner from CAA's point of view, even though the actual title of the aircraft may be held by another party.
This is to allow the CAA to directly contact the user in the event of an emergency AD etc.
Could the Stearman be actually registered to T-C-T but the title held by 3G Classic Aviation.
On another note, I see on the 3G Classic website a mention of a Ryan PT-22. Coincidentally T-C-T has one of these as well. Any connection?
