Cathay Pacific needs to stop resting on its laurels (as we lose droves of our front end customer base) and past kudos and really and truly step up and become ASIA'S WORLD AIRLINE. ........ Quickly, before Hong Kong Airlines DOES!
1. Employ based Cabin Crew from every corner of the globe, including Mong Kok.
2. Do the same with 80% of Cockpit crew, as Jeppesen are suggesting for the CMP to be efficient.
3. EMBRACE ALL CULTURES, ALL FOODS AND WINE and take a GLOBAL CX to the World and blow the competition away with how good we could be !
