Trevor, as an Indonesian national you do not need to consider any integrated course. If the Indonesian CAA accept a FAA license? then go and do a FAA CPL IR at much less expense than the EASA CPL IR. If you have trouble getting the visas to train in America then an EASA license may have to be considered. But you can do your EASA CPL and IR by the modular route you will spend half of the amount that OAA or CTC charge. You could then add an ATR and or a 737 type rating and still spend less than going to CTC or OAA.
