However, I am still unsure as to whether a Safety Case really makes things completely safe or is just a legal requirement, giving the opportunity for litigation when it goes wrong. Military aviation is inherently dangerous, thats why I am going grey! I prefer to talk in terms of airworthiness, where I have had some experience, not all good I might add.
