To continue the driving analogy - how many drivers who have just passed their tests are allowed to gain experience as driving instructors?
There will always be good, young helicopter instructors just as there will always be bad, experienced ones but lets not justify using low time instructors because it is the right thing to do when we know it is because it is the
cheap thing to do.
