I have heard from sources in the far East that the last CHC Global Pilot in Thailand finished his final day today.
Estimates vary, but there seem to be only 30 (+/-) pilots left in CHC Global, which is below the critical mass required for a union
AFAIK (affiliated group - maybe.) It may be the case, that there are now actually more people employed in HR than there are flying helicopters in that group.
How many Global bases are left? One? Two? Hardly a circumstance worthy of the term "Global"
