Reliability on NQY-LGW has indeed improved. Mainly because the NQY-MAN-NQY is now being operated on an E75 MAN-NQY-MAN rather than on the NQY based E95 between gatters rotations.
The E95 seemed to pick up delays on the MAN which inpacted on the late LGW
What that means for crew rotation I don't know as normally a new E95 crew boarded at MAN
