Obviously in development terms SEN has come a long way with Stobart's investment, but it's not just about having a shiny new terminal with it's own railway station, much as that may please local enthusiasts. Remember that Stobart are a business with shareholders, and those shareholders expect to see a return on that investment. It's by no means clear, at this stage, whether that's going to happen.
Remember that it took LCY many years and numerous false starts in the beginning before it established itself.
It is frustrating that SEN has yet to garner good carriers other than easyJet, but give it time.
