Personally know of two pilots who have moved from the ATR and Dash 8 over to the 737 and Embraer in recent months. Airlines want pilots, it seems their usual requirements are like jelly at the moment and they're open to non-jet applicants. The two airlines taking said prop pilots were Thomson and KLM. Don't be put off by the prop jobs. I've been swayed towards them in recent months.. and no, not by an FTO.. by real pilot accounts.
