A wide-ranging and pretty good article. O'Toole uses the word "drag" rather than "stall" for those long haul services but I suppose it gives the same message.
It's not the first service to Boston though (AA seasonal some years ago) and they mention the new Terminal (T2) being open in 2020. I guess it means the first phase.
The article also refers to Easyjet and Monarch basing extra a/c at MAN this summer. Is that still true of Ryanair and Jet2 do we know?
