They, Gatwick Airport (who is responsible under law for providing assistance) and OCS (who has a contract to provide the service), should be ashamed of themselves. This is a consistent problem at U.K. airports, in particular LGW.
It's not even a question of cost as the law allows LGW to pass along all costs to the airlines. It's about time this responsibility was passed back to the airlines.
