I agree. In the light of many recent complaints about Aurigny's services to/from Alderney, some comparative studies of similar operations might be worthwhile. Consider Loganair's operations around the Scottish islands, as well as Skybus services to the Isles of Scilly. Have either of these carriers received the negative comments directed at Aurigny? If not, perhaps Aurigny could learn something from either of these "small island" carriers.
