I hope the Koreans punish him justly, ie. a minimum of 20 years hard labour. I don't know why airlines don't carry duct tape to restrain these types to the seat - several wraps around each ankle to the foot rail, around each wrist to an arm rest (or behind their back) and a few wraps around the upper torso and seat back would hold them effectively.
