I'm applying for Route 4 program, There IF you pass all the interviews you will have a conditional letter of offer from easyjet, you should pay 40k for the training and.. after that.. Will they garantee a contract of work with easyjet?? Or Is this not sure? That after that you will finish the training there is the possibility that you don't have a contract?
I don't understand if this is like a pay to fly or what..
