If you resign on the same date as your DOH/DOJ do you still get credited your SRC tickets for the year? How long do you have to use SRC tickets once you leave? Have heard you have up to 2 years, but in the manual it says 12 months from date of issue and somebody told me you need to have them issued before you leave, although the dates can be changed later. Been here 10+ years so another Firm SRC would be a bonus.
So you can use accumulated srcs for up to a year after leaving minus at least 2 weeks processing time, those tickets are then valid for a year from the ticketing date. Can't be done through trips only by email to retirement travel concessions. Has worked ok over the last year now waiting for a batch to be issued
