No way to fly the test. There was also concern, if the CPL/ATPL holder has an expired 1st class medical, but has still a valid Clas 2nd. We have been strictly told, that we cannot perform the check unles the applicant has again the 1st class, or "downgraded licene" to the LAPL/PPL.
Those privileges are embedded in the licence.......
