it varies, how the license is endorsed. usually it is about, what kind of training has an ATO approved. Most of the ATOs, they do not have a SFI, but has a TRI courses approved (endorsed on their certificate).
Therefore I have seen endorsments within EASA licences like TRI(A) "FFS Only" instead of the SFI(A). Privileges are the same, but much more convinient for the ATO who does not have a SFI course approved. To remove the "FFS only" you need to undertake just the AoC on the airplane. It is usually done during the base trainings.
