Rather than flogging around the region on the 330 to improve their handling skills (for that sim check at a legacy carrier) these 777 JFOs don't hesitate to tell you that they are on the senior fleet doing Ws.
But for some reason they keep passing their QLs - different standards maybe?

Haven't seen many of the new joiners successful getting hired anywhere!! Maybe a 150 hour pilot doing one sector a month isnt the quality that the carreer carriers are looking for??
