For Germany, the DFS (Deutsche Flugsicherung) have a "graphical solution" (ie a map) which shows the current NOTAMed areas. You can enter your flight plan route and it will show everything within a certain range on the map.

You have to sign up for a login, but it's free (with a German address, anyway).
