treadigraph. I had a test email from them a few days ago as well, which is what prompted me to go to their forums. Had forgotten the password, so they had to send a reset, and that's when I found the banned message. I took it as they were having a fit of pique over the email I sent to Osprey a couple of weeks earlier. Is your ban for life as well?
