It's disgusting, - how the Airlines have managed to screw these handling agents this last 5yrs especially is beyond me. It's high time the Airlines paid for this handling and the management of the remaining Uk handling agents negotiated proper contracts for their business. It's no secret the biggest 2 handling agents within the U.k have been cutting each others throats in the race to the bottom. Looks like we're here though and probably a good thing. Without the handling agents the Airlines would NEED to go back to having their own staff again COSTING THEM more money. Time to decide.
