AA on top form today again with a 5 1/2 hr delay on the PHL service. Isnt it a bit worrying that now the only service that was reliable on AA is starting to get problems. I know ORD and JFK have been consistently poor reliability wise for years but PHL has always managed fine. Its almost like they want to give people an excuse not to use them so they can pull out
Would you rather the aircraft dispatched on time then fell out of the sky mid atlantic ?
One delay on the PHL service (in quite sometime) does not mean the whole system is broken.
Just be grateful there are vigilant people about who care about a safe operation and not just a statistic of on time departures!
