Rest assured, LAX, that I didn't take your comment such, I just noted that some followers might perceive it so as there have been such comments on the reaction to the recent Cathay not going daily news. I fully understand your drift and share your concern - complementary route development is what we would most like to see. Some routes can survive and thrive on competition and multiple providers (Barcelona seems to be doing well) but the thinner ones may only offer enough market for a sole provider. Thomson are really good at the exotic market and they have the best equipment for it. I would rather see Thomas Cook build frequency to the US West Coast or add to the JFK in winter when the US carriers hibernate.
