Interesting that LCY are describing the delays cancellations this morning on 'adverse WX conditions'. I heard it was due to the approach lighting failing.
I see also the Threshold lighting is NOTAM'ed U/S until 23rd- this must be quite tricky on a steep approach approach to a short runway, or are there temporary wing-bars provided?
