In Europe there are many schools; it depends from your economic situation because if you haven't problem with money, you could try join in some cadet program, with an airline company.
For example: Oxford, Ctc, FteJerez have interesting opportunities to bring you "from 0 to Atpl" with the chance to obtain your dream's job.
If you have problems (because you don't have daddy's money) you could try a modular program, starting from PPL, and later with others licenses.
