EDI and GLA stats clear evidence that there is absolutely no case for a cut in APD. Pax numbers continuing to increase at record rates of growth at current tax levels. No deterrent to new routes or new pax.
But maybe the Scottish Government just likes self-inflicted cuts in revenue.
