BA are not going to be flying B777s out of MAN, you just made that up.
AA have a decent hard product on the A332 to PHL and ORD with the B787 should be fixable once it beds into reliability. AA need to rediscover their TLC at MAN. IMHO United could focus on EWR on the B777/B763 rather than the B757 and Delta can hand MAN to VS and revenue share, swapping DL metal with VS as seasonality requires it. Everyone calm. BA won't be dumping LHR as it remains a core domestic connection for a whole load more US destinations to boot!
