Interestingly the holder of the lease on KSA resides in the Bahamas.
I'm sure I read the Airports Act prohibited a foreign entity or trust from owning
an Australian airport....A Super fund is a trust...super funds and family trusts own
the secondaries... then again this is Australia never let the law get in the way of
a big banks director's bonuses, or a development sharks short term profits at the
expense of a whole industry.
