A lot of pilots around the world are joining Qatar as it has become better. They had to change the deal(s) as the exodus was becoming an issue. This place just does not either get it, care, or have the ability to do anything about it.
As people leave the work gets distributed to what's left of us. This includes worse rostering and the rather atrocious leave system.
