Yes dual hoists are an option on the 139 blah blah blah.
I find that comment offensive. UK SAR has a dual hoist requirement following the death of Coastguard Winchman Billy Deacon, a good friend of mine!! I am sure also that some of my ex colleagues would agree with my sentiment!
