We are miles from deploying even 1 x ship in 2020, let alone 2, let alone 1 with a complement of aircraft, or more importantly a trained ships company with embarked strength squadrons.
Will we have even half the vessels required to form a carrier battle group? Even if we did how long would it take to re-build all the skills to operate such a formation?
