no directional control if you raise the tail before 40mph
will get airborne below stalling speed while in the ground effect (see the accident report
here ) - before my time!!
But above all,
it's a blast!
I had about 10 hours tailwheel when I bought it. p.s. whirly my 1800hrs Wessex didn't count! Got about 20hrs on her now, but down for maintenance at the moment
