What is a dual-hoist? You mean a hoist with speed control (fast/slow), or dual control (pilot + crewman pendant), or dual winches fitted?
For S76 the answers are yes, yes, no. CHC use S76A++ in SAR role in Australia, I think they were all A model builds converted to A++ and modded with the auto-hover SAR package stuff plus NVG compatible lighting. No reason why C++ can't be modded so, assuming there is an IIDS version which is NVG compatible.
