According to CNN the woman was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
She was not charged.
A/C in flight, but did she endanger the safety of the a/c or its pax? If yes = charged; if not = up to airline.
Surely they could get something on her, if only to stop other muppets for doing the same. It must have cost the airline some time penalty. Was this an up&over hatch or the throw it away type? If the latter then the airport could get her for littering the runway/taxiway. I wonder how many pax are going to sue her for trauma & stress caused by watching an attempted suicide. "I was so terrified I can not fly anymore, and my job requires it. This'll cost me a fortune in salary or shrink bills. How many U$ squllions can I get?"
