There's a reference to it on the wiki page for Carthage International Airport - although not by name. Built for the seaplanes of Compagnie Aéronavale. Superseded by the land base after 15-20 years. You can see the by the names of the roads that Tunis is to the left, La Goulette the port on the right. There's also a reference to it
