It may just be a coincidence if 3 have left during the same week. Many F/Os tend to stay with a small carrier (such as BI) for only a short time in order to gain experience before climbing the ladder at easyJet, BA, Ryanair, Wizz etc. Prospects at BI are limited and the few destinations served can create boredom for a younger F/O.
