Question : A320 voice system

hope you are doing well
Question :
we had problem with voice system , if any body know how to fix it .
forward cabin area TV voice or DVD voice are inoperative but its work well in aft area ?
PA system work normal in all areas ..
for sure , not all A320 have TV or DVD , but this option in our fleet .
in my opinion i think that " amplifier problem " not in the speakers .
because , the fixed speakers working good in all areas .
the question :
How to troubleshoot the amplifier ?
keep in your mind it's old system and outfitting
Where's the normal location can found this amplifier ?
I tried to deal with supplement maintenance manuals but no help .
