That's a bit over exaggerated. If you read her linkedIn properly, you will know she is more than qualified. Yes, she was indeed an engineering trainee from 1998 to 2000, but since 2000, she has work in various maintenance role. So she has over 20 years of engineering experience.
People keeps forgetting that most of CX HKG Engineering team doesn't actually perform the hard work of maintaining airplanes, all those hard work are outsourced to HAECO. CX Engineering in HKG are mostly involve in planning, which is just as important. CX Engineering at outport actually do more maintaining then any HKG team.
