AD days start with a presentation about Virgin, then go to group activities, then one on ones. A couple of days later you get an email saying if you go onto online testing or not then you have 72hours to complete it, after you have completed it (it's a psychometric test so you can't study for it) they let you know if you are onto references or not. My ref checks took 6 weeks but I know of others that have taken 4. Then you get a medical and final review then an offer. If there are no gs scheduled you get put in a talent pool till one is avail.
