I got my start date this morning. Still in a state of shock but very excited. They were hoping I might be released in time to do 30th November (would have been a mad scramble to move back to Sydney in that time, but I would have worked magic), instead I have now been offered January start date. Relief and excitement is in abundance right now.

Congratulations Ains!!! That's amazing news! I did my medical yesterday however Qantas HR phoned me prior and said as long as all goes well I will be starting on Jan 11th in Syd GS. Maybe we'll meet in person 😊
