We have aircrafts in the fleet having the one system and other aircrafts having the other one. But both are with partial deployment. I see no difference. Only the wording.
I think there is no difference. PLD is a new term because I see it in CEOs only. Anyway the Warsaw accident was way too old. This change is relatively new.
