Looking to fly in Africa

Hi all,

So I recently obtained my CPL (multi-ifr as well) and am currently sitting on about 240 hours total time. As someone that's always been willing to travel and work anywhere...

Would African companies consider someone at my experience level?
What would be the best countries/ cities to attempt to find a place to fly for (QOL, salary, safety etc.)? I've seen Nambia, Botswana and Tanzania mentioned as good places to try. Thoughts?
My license is a Canadian CPL what conversion process/ fees could I expect?
I've run into older forum posts on the web stating that hiring season there is December- March, are these still the best times to go look for an opportunity?

Any info and advice is appreciated! Also apologies if there is a recent thread on this topic somewhere that I missed. If someone can point it out I'll be on my way! Thanks!
